Huelva
Huelva is the capital of the province of Huelva, Andalucía. It is located along the Gulf of Cadiz coast, at the confluence of the Odiel river and the Rio Tinto river. This city was founded by the Phoenicians, who called it Onoba, name kept by the Greeks, and after that was incorporated into the Roman province of Hispania Baetica. We can find Roman remains, specially an aqueduct. Among its many interesting sites, don’t miss the House of Christopher Columbus and the Columbus Trail.
